YUMA, Arizona (KYMA, KECY) – Arizona Western College (AWC) has teamed up with the Local First Arizona Foundation to provide a unique opportunity for aspiring food entrepreneurs.
An exciting opportunity was therefore to grow your food business through a Restaurant Startup Boot Camp.

At the same time, participants enrolled in the first two cohorts of the new Yuma Food Business Incubator pilot program for free.
This is thanks to a $145,000 grant from the Arizona Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and institutional investors.
In addition, 7 students enrolled in the first cohort and 5 more students enrolled in the second cohort.
