Jain stepped down as chief financial officer of the digital car marketplace platform in April and joined digital freight startup Convoy. She originally joined Cars.com in July 2020 as Head of Finance. Jain previously was her CFO at Redbox and VP of Finance and Treasurer at Outerwall. She will succeed Jandy Tomy, who has been interim CFO since Jain left. Tommy will remain with the company as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.

Prior to joining CACI, he was a founding partner of the SPAC company He First Light Acquisition Group and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Rockwell Collins. McLachlan will succeed Thomas Matlin, who is retiring after more than 16 years with the company.
