With over 30 years in the banking industry and 20 years at Deloitte, Weston has advised numerous domestic and international banking clients on strategic issues such as channel strategy. operating model design; M&A business integration; system implementation; organization and process design; regulatory/compliance remediation. In his role as leader of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s banking and capital markets division, Weston has managed significant revenue growth and led strategic transformation across the business. he will keep this role.
