December 8 update: The town of Arlington continues to accept applications for the Arlington Housing Security Program.
Eligible low- and moderate-income Arlington households who rent or own their home can receive assistance up to $2,500 per month for up to three months. Translations and reasonable accommodation are available. Households may submit pre-applications by December 31st.

This program is open to Arlington renters and Arlington homeowners.
Households with incomes below 100% of the regional median income as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development are eligible to apply.

The program is accepting applications on a rolling basis until December 31st. All applications are reviewed for eligibility and applicants determined to be eligible will be contacted by the City of Arlington’s Department of Planning and Community Development or her SEB, a contracting accredited specialist. housing, to complete its application.

The program is part of the town’s ARPA framework, which was approved by the Arlington Selection Commission in October 2021.
