
Parsippany — Parsippany Troy Hills Township has approved a resolution to hire Leonard Ho as Parsippany’s newest Chief Financial Officer.
Leonard Ho has been hired as Assistant CFO to former CFO Juan Uribe.
Uribe retired on September 30, 2022.
Mr. Ho has a long career in government. He was a Chartered Local Treasurer and Chartered Tax Collector in both Tewkesbury townships from 2019 until assuming his position in Parsippany. He also served as a Chartered Municipal Treasurer, Chartered Tax Collector, and Qualified Purchasing Agent in Longhill Township from 2014 until he was in 2018. Also, from 2009 until 2014, he served as Assistant Treasurer at Harding Township.
He graduated in 2002 with a BA in Economics from Queen’s College, City University of New York.
He served as an enlisted soldier in the United States Army from 1995 to 1998.
Leonard is a New Jersey Certified Tax Collector and New Jersey Certified Municipal Treasurer with strong analytical, accounting and process implementation skills. He is familiar with local government finances, tax collection, and other relevant legal requirements.
“Thank you mayor and members of the council. We appreciate the opportunity to serve Parsippany,” Ho said.
He now lives in Bridgewater.
