According to a press release, Loloft will open a new facility that provides physical space to store or process products by creating shared office spaces with private micro-warehouse units ranging in size from 150 square feet to 5,000 square feet. Concept.
The climate-controlled warehouse is a 28,000-square-foot space along the railroad tracks in downtown Rogers, providing shipment receiving and unloading services, loading dock access, and daily transportation services.
“Initially, we thought Roloft would primarily attract smaller e-commerce companies that fulfill orders in their garage but are looking to expand into commercial warehouse space,” says CEO Brendan Howell. said. “But large companies also want to use our space as a last-mile delivery micro-hub.
