Chartmetric, an American music data analytics company, has made its first corporate acquisition by acquiring onesheet, an artist marketing technology startup.
UK-based onesheet, co-founded by Stevie Elsworth and Mike Miller, claims to be able to “take data from Spotify and the web and create a stunning, up-to-date single sheet in seconds.” doing.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Chartmetric says the onesheet product will house one of its latest incarnations.
Chartmetric also said the service will continue to be available at www.onesheet.club, and a team of industry executives, data scientists, and computer engineers will bring their music data analysis experience to onesheet’s service.
The onesheet platform allows you to search for artists on Spotify and create onesheets (electronic press kits), formatted and updated with custom images.
Chartmetric explained in a press release announcing the acquisition: .

Launched in 2016, Chartmetric tracks data across 20+ streaming and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, Pandora, YouTube and TikTok.
The platform tracks data for over 8 million artists, 11 million playlists and 70 million tracks.
The company raised a $2 million seed round last year.
Chartmetric founder and CEO Sung Cho told MBW in May that the company’s global customer base includes more than 3,000 “unique companies”, more than 50,000 paying customers, and the company’s free tier. It said it contained a “huge number of artists” to use.
Geographically, 50% of Chartmetric’s customer base is based in North America, 30% in Europe and 20% in the rest of the world, according to Sung Cho.
