Today we’re going to look at some of the good news from the venture market that we covered this week, but with an added global perspective. I’m widening my lens a bit to get some more general numbers to better understand if the good news from the US is holding up elsewhere. Let’s look. at work! — Alex

In the United States, venture capital activity is doing better than we expected. that’s good. Perhaps even better, venture interest in software startups looks very solid. This is important because most startups are software companies. Where software startups are healthy, tech startups are generally doing well. And given the significant US influence over startups as a whole, startups should be fine everywhere, right?
